Went for the first time. Dealt mainly with Mike. All staff were professional and friendly. Gave me options for the repair. The waiting room is clean and well maintained. A staff member gave my two children toys from a treasure chest while we waited.

The prices were very reasonable, and what really stood out to me was how transparent and thorough they were. They provided me with a detailed list of everything my vehicle needed, organized from urgent to non-urgent. They explained what each repair or service does, why it was needed, and what could safely wait. They also provided pictures and videos so I could actually see what they were seeing and understand the condition of my vehicle. I really appreciated this because I never felt like I was being pressured or told that I needed something without an explanation.

Their customer service was also excellent. They offer a complimentary shuttle service to take you home and pick you back up, which was extremely convenient. Since they had my vehicle for more than a day, they also provided me with a loaner car at no additional cost.

Overall, I’m extremely impressed with their professionalism, honesty, communication, and customer service. They made the entire repair process easy and stress-free. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their customers and want you to understand exactly what is happening with your vehicle.

This was my first time visiting Gurr Auto, and I couldn’t be more impressed. I emailed them explaining the issues I was having with my SUV and booked an appointment for a day that worked for me.

After dropping off my vehicle, they kept me updated by text and even sent me a video of my SUV on the hoist. They walked me through everything underneath, showing me what was still in good condition and what repairs were recommended. They also included detailed explanations and photos, which I really appreciated.

I have never experienced this level of service from a garage before. The communication, honesty, and attention to detail were outstanding. When my SUV was ready, they went over everything that had been done, and the invoice clearly explained all of the work completed.

As a first-time customer, I was also surprised with a thoughtful thank-you gift bag, which was such a kind gesture.

Amazing shop. Brian was my advisor, and i’ve never seen such patience, help, and service my entire life. Honesty as well. To find honesty like how I did with Brian anywhere else it’s like finding a diamond in the rough. Don’t even hesitate to bring your car in here. Just do it.

My experience at Gurr Auto was great. They did a video analysis on my Truck pointing issues than could cause concern in the future. They performed work as requested and the drove me home and picked me up when Truck was ready. Very professional and not pushy. Also as a first time customer I received a small gift bag containing a Pen, coupons candies and bagged popcorn.

These guys are a top rate shop.
Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. They sent me video updates during the repairs. My vehicle was in bad need of help. They did everything thing they said they would do. My truck feels like new.

I was very pleased with the quality customer service from each staff member, from start to finish. First off, great flexibility allowing me to drop my car off same day for an engine light inspection. The speedy shuttle service made this possible while I was at work. I was also very impressed with the super informative report I recieved through text with a link to videos of the inspection, as well as a written break down with suggested work and pricing! I felt super comfortable my vehicle and I were in good hands! Highly recommend, I'll be back!

Gurr are great, every time our car goes in for any service they do a full inspection and email a report. The report includes everything that is ok with the vehicle, minor issues and important issues. It also includes a video usually of the underside of the vehicle showing its condition.

Every visit comes with recommendations for extra service, but they’re never pushy about getting anything extra done.

Gurr Auto was recommended to me by a neighbour as being the best auto service in St Thomas, Ontario. She was correct and my experience with them was so positive. A few weeks ago, they replaced my battery and did a thorough check of my car. They even sent videos from the technician examining the underside of my car and the battery testing. I was treated in a friendly and respectful manner with explanations and pricing fully detailed. They also have complimentary shuttle service to my home and back while my car was being serviced. I am pleased and relieved to have a professional auto service shop locally.

I was just going in for an oil change, but they were so friendly and accommodating. I work outside of St. Thomas, so finding a time that works is hard. They offered me a loaner. It turned out I was able to get it there in person and they still have me the loaner to run a couple of errands. I will definitely be back!

I happened upon Gurr Auto by accident really. I suddenly realized I had a flat tire and pulled off the Talbot road on a side street. It happened to be right at Gurr Auto so I got into their parking lot and went inside to ask for assistance. Brian was very helpful and had my car inside to get the tire changed very quickly. He had the mechanic put my spare on and kept my wheel to be fixed. I was able to get to work and on the way home I stopped back in to have my wheel put back on my car. They had fixed the issue with the flat, took my car for a quick test drive, made sure the lugs were all tight and off I went after paying of course! The charge was fair for the work done. I really appreciated being seen so quickly despite the garage being busy with every bay having a car in it. We are new to st thomas and I think we've found the garage we'll be using for all my cars needs.

They always do an amazing job , and will do only what’s necessary, and don’t try to upsell you on things you don’t need! The 360 inspection is always great too !

The car has always been done on time even when I see many cars being worked on. All the staff and Owners have a great attitude and are friendly. I like that Suzanne and Jessie are active in knowing what's going on with my car and are Professionals.
