The staff at Gurr Auto did a fantastic job setting my expectations when I dropped my car off. They were very clear when they would get back to me about what needed to be serviced. They provided an estimate via email and text which included detailed explanations of what they inspected, what was fine and what needed to be repaired as well as videos of each inspected item. The estimate they provided was reasonable, and when they picked me up the price was an exact match to the estimate. A fantastic service experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend them, and will be returning for future service to my vehicle.

Absolutely the best!!! No pressure, honest, didn't try to sell me services I didn't need. Their Vehicle Condition Report video was awesome. It showed and explained their recommendations, as well as, what was going well. It's a bonus to hear the positive too. I later forwarded the video to a trusted mechanic and he totally agreed with their recommendations. They definitely went above and beyond the call of duty. I will definitely share my great experience with others.

Recently moved to St Thomas and after doing a search on places to take my car, We went with Gurr Auto and were not disappointed at all. Amazing place that’s upfront and honest with the work that needs to be done and what can wait. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Highly recommend. Would give 8 stars if I could!

Gurr Auto, was outstanding! I live in Hamilton and was meeting some clients out in St. Thomas until I had some car trouble. We pulled into Gurr Auto, and right away the customer service made me feel safe and willing to take my stress away. While I sat in my car, I had a mechanic come up to me to make sure I was okay. Suzanne at customer service desk, was super helpful and trustworthy. I knew right away I was in good hands and wouldn’t be taken advantage of my venerable situation. They took my car in right away, even though they were super busy and within 15mins of they provided me with a solution. Thank you to everyone at Gurr Auto for all the help. Celia

Grrr Auto is a trustworthy garage to bring your vehicle. I live out of town and at other shops I had to wait all day or have someone to pick me up and bring me home . At Grrr auto they have a loner vehicle I can borrow so I can go back home . I really appreciate this service that they provide. I can trust their work done to my vehicle and they have competitive pricing too. If you are looking for a garage to bring your vehicle I highly recommend Gurr auto .

I've been going to Gurr Auto for about three years now and every time we go it is a great experience! This is a nice family owned shop with a very warm and inviting vibe. The service I experienced at Gurr was incredible. Brian greeted me very happily and immediately began explaining how they were going to take care of my service. They have a great communication system where they text me with photos of things they found and suggestions. No pressure in any way to try and sell me more service. They were awesome from start to finish. Highly recommend!!!

Great experience with Gurr Auto- We brought in our Gwagon which is not an easy vehicle to work on. They were thorough, honest, & upfront. Jessie communicated with us the entire time & besides being very friendly she herself is very knowledgeable about vehicles & understood how to convey to us what was going on throughout the repairs. Gurr AutoPro installed my tonneau cover on my truck. They also performed a free computerized assessment of the vehicle and found some issues that needed to be addressed, they booked me in asap and the service for both the cover and service was outstanding. The staff are extremely helpful and I will be returning for all my future auto repairs.

I have taken a couple older vehicles for inspection and service here. Everything has been excellent from customer service, to inspection and repairs. They are very thorough, and will let you know exactly what needs to be done to ensure your vehicle is in proper shape. If you are in St Thomas and need a mechanic come here.

Nicest staff and informative. Put my little Subaru through the ringer this summer with 23,000 kilometers since mothers day all across Canada. Issues with Issues and they delt with the most important and gave great advice on what needs to be paid close attention to. Unfortunately it was the transmission. Devil. I got alot of great experiences with my car. But finally I know what the major issue was and I can decide if a repair like that is worth it.
