Gurr Auto wrote my warranty company a long letter supporting me on why my car should be covered even though I was missing a receipt for oil change. I was covered thanks to the owner John. Without him I am fully aware that I would not have stood a chance. They now have a loyal customer for life. The first time I went there with my Audi I had a engine light on.
